Sign up & log in
This page walks you through creating an account, verifying your email, and signing in for the first time.
Create an account
- Open the dashboard and click Sign up (or go to the sign-up page directly).
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Click Create account.
- We’ll send a verification link to the email you used.
You can also sign up with a supported social provider (for example, Google) using the buttons on the sign-up form. Social sign-up still results in the same account — you can connect a broker afterwards.
Verify your email
- Open the email titled “Verify your fs-kite-dashboard account”.
- Click the Verify email link inside.
- You’ll land back on the dashboard with a confirmation message.
Until your email is verified, you won’t be able to log in. If the email hasn’t arrived after a few minutes:
- Check your Spam / Promotions folder.
- Make sure you typed your email correctly during sign-up.
- Try signing up again — the previous attempt will be replaced.
Log in
- Go to the Login page.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
If you used a social provider during sign-up, click the same provider’s button to log in.
After login, you land on the dashboard home. The first thing to do is connect a broker so the dashboard can pull your holdings.
Forgot your password?
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email associated with your account.
- We’ll send a reset link if an account with that email exists. (For privacy, the page shows the same message whether or not the email is registered.)
- Open the email and click Reset password.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.
- You’ll be redirected back to the login page — sign in with the new password.
The reset link expires after a short time. If it doesn’t work, request a new one.
