Social feed
What it does
The Social feed pulls discussion from public investing communities (such as Reddit) and presents it in a single, scannable feed. Useful for spotting what retail attention is on — but treat it as a signal, not a recommendation.
When to use it
- You want to know which names are getting unusually high chatter.
- You’re trying to spot narrative shifts on a stock you hold.
- You want a sanity check before acting on your own thesis.
How to use it
- Open Social feed from the sidebar.
- Browse posts in card format — each shows source, time, and a short summary.
- Click through to the original post on the source community.
Tips & gotchas
- Loud doesn’t mean right. Crowd attention frequently lags price moves and is often wrong on direction.
- Watch out for pump-and-dump patterns — sudden surges of bullish chatter on small-caps deserve extra skepticism.
- Use it as one input, not the input. Pair it with News and Stock evaluation before acting.
